Responsibilities:
GREET CUSTOMERS AS THEY ARRIVE PROMPTLY, PROFESSIONALLY, AND COURTEOUSLY WRITE REPAIR ORDERS WHILE DISCUSSING VEHICLE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AND PROPER CARE PROCEDURES OBTAIN SIGNED SERVICE AGREEMENTS FOR EACH VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED KEEP CUSTOMERS UPDATED THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITH STATUS OF THEIR VEHICLE INVOICE ORDER AND NOTIFY CUSTOMER IN A TIMELY MANNER WHEN REPAIRS ARE COMPLETED
