- Kettle Boil and Bake Large Quantity of Bagels in a Commercial Kettle & Oven - Follow Recipes, Use Commercial Mixer & Bagel Machine - Mild Dishwashing (Pans, Cutting Boards, etc.
) - Three Compartment Sink - Maintain Cleanliness Throughout the Store - Including Food Equipment & Surfaces, Floors, Bathroom - Perform Excellent Customer Service with a Positive Attitude DESIRED SKILLS &
Experience:
- Strong Ability to Multitask & Work Under Pressure - Ability to Work in Very Hot Conditions - Experience with POS System - At least 1 year of Customer Service - Preferred Prior Baking Experience - Ability to lead-by-example and motivate others - Demonstrates an Understanding of Basic Sanitation & Safety Procedures - Ability to lift, up to 50 lbs - Legally eligible to work in the United States - Preferred 18 years or older - Driver's License or Reliable Transportation - Must pass criminal background check PERKS:

We purchased our Royersford store in June 2019 and by July, we opened in Pottstown within the High Street Terminal food court.
Unfortunately, due to Covid, we decided to close this second location less than a year later.
But after several months, we were able to reopen in a full retail shop on High Street in November 2020.
As we anticipate significant growth over the next year, our ideal candidate will have a desire to grow with us in a Full-Time, Permanent Position with Advancement Opportunities.
