A group of Heartland Dental supported offices is seeking a responsible, friendly, and reliable Practice Manager to join their dental teams. The Practice Manager will play a significant role in cultivating an environment that provides effective and trustworthy dental services. In this administrative leadership role, youll use your team-building skills to maintain profitability within an established, state-of-the-art Heartland Dental supported office. Additionally, this position plays an essential role in communicating with patients and dental team.


The Practice Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of a supported dental office, so this position is important in ensuring consistency of communication across all teams. As a Practice Manager, your role is essential in maintaining the integrity of the supported dental office you supervise. You will be a key point of contact for all team members, and act as a liaison between the supported dental office and Heartland Dentals Home Office. The seamlessness of the office everyday administrative activity is highly dependent upon the Practice Manager!

  • Ability to travel for training and development (occasionally over night and out of state).

  • Superior working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology a plus (but not required).

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
